Yoga Fundamentals and Basics 0.5 Class- 
This class is for new comers and those that are interested in learning yoga in a safe judgement free environment. The class is a mini series of four weeks that instructs the new yogi on the integration, Sun A and Sun B Salutation. This class has broken down the mystery of a flow class over a four week period going over 5-6 postures each week. The new yogi becomes comfortable with their bodies in the yoga pose. This class will also use props such as blocks, straps, wall, chair, floor, mat, blanket, pillow, bolster, towel,and partners when necessary.
Chair Yoga 0.5 - 1.0 Beginners - 2nd & 4th Saturday 6-6:30 p.m.
This class is practiced sitting or standing using a chair for support. The poses are often modification of modern yoga poses. Chair yoga is suitable for students unable to participate in a traditional yoga class. Chair yoga offers a practical alternative, as it deepens flexibility and strengthens personal body awareness. Chair yoga has helped people with symptoms of many health issues including: hypertension, chronic fatigue syndrome and arthritis just to name a few.
Mommy, Daddy & Me Yoga Class- 
Bring your littles in for this fun introductory session designed to inspire your young to mimic gentle yoga poses named in a manner they too can remember! All ages welcome!
Detox Yoga Class- Fridays 7:30 -8 p.m.
This detox yoga sequence is designed to make you sweat as you build strength and twist it out. Massage essential oils onto key areas that aid the body with detoxification.  
Wall Yoga 1.0 Class- 2nd & 4th Saturday 7-7:30 p.m. 
This class is practiced at the wall for support and balance.  The wall is used to assist the students with their yoga practice. The use of blocks and straps are added for modification.
Restorative Yoga 1.0 - 1.5 Class- Fridays 6-7 p.m.
This class practice is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. This class will focus on 5-6 poses each class and is a completely different experience than the contemporary yoga. The majority of the yoga classes are an active practice in which you move from pose to pose, building heat and increasing your strength and flexibility in equal measure.
Couples Yoga & Stretching Class- Saturdays 4 p.m. (all levels welcome) This class offers those that are striving to get healthy together to come and learn assisted stretching with a partner. These stretches are designed to be done with a partner for the added benefit of a more effective stretch. Strengthening a bond of trust between you and the one you encourage to new heights, learning to how to breath and properly perform poses that can be done anywhere.
